Plume is an independent magazine about fashion, beauty and culture. We cover the shows in New York, London, Milan and Paris, the people who wear the clothes, and the books, plays and ideas around them. We are edited in New York by a small team who still think a good hem is worth writing about.

How we work
- Every product in a buying guide was worn or used by the editor who wrote about it.
- No brand pays to be included in our coverage, or sees a story before it is published.
- When we earn a commission from a link, we say so at the top of the story.
- We correct mistakes quickly and note the correction at the foot of the story.
